Abstract Submission

Guidelines For Abstract Submission

• ONLY registered participants are allowed to submit abstracts.
• Abstracts should only be submitted online for oral and poster presentation (www.16vbdcuttack.org).
• Abstracts should be based on the theme of the conference or related areas.
• The Abstract should be around 300 words
• Title Font: Times New Roman Bold, Font size: 12pt
• Author/s name: Surname followed by initials with space and without points between surname and initials. If authors are more than one then name should be separated by coma (Example: Mohanty A, Kerkar S and Garg).
• Affiliation: Authors name should be followed by institutional Affiliation If more than one institute is involved it should be indicated by superscript roman numerals.
• Presenting author should be indicated by *
• Please indicate the subtheme of your abstract at the top right-hand corner in 10 font size.
• Main text Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 12pt
• After submitting your abstract, you will receive an email with your ABSTRACT ID. Acceptance letter to the selected abstracts will be notified within a week.
